Consuming plants or animals can help you put on size fast considering that fruits take months on the tree to grow and ripen, that’s a lot of breaths from the tree that go into that fruit. You could gain the size yourself with your own breath, but by consuming the plants or animals you speed the process by stealing accumulated breaths.
