About the program

The Caputo Method of Wholeistic Ease is a 9-Pillar system designed as a framework of guidance for me to help YOU restore and maintain a life of complete and utter ease. The 9 pillars are respiration, rehydration, detoxification, food-density reduction, movement & stillness, avoidin’ poison, sexual energy refinement, reflexology, and cyc-ology (the study of cycle alignment). Following my protocols along these 9 pillars with my guidance will allow anyone and everyone to reverse literally any form of disease and restore ease to all aspects of your being. If you are not at ease, you are dis-eased. I’ve helped thousands of people cure the “incurable,” and change their lives in ways they never thought possible. I am not a healer, I am a TEACHER! Only you can cure you, but I can show you how. OUR STANDARDS

What are the 9 Pillars?

1. Respiration

Respiration is the number one most important pillar of wholeistic ease. 70% of bodily elimination is carried out through the breath. Wholeistic ease is not possible without conscious acceptance of the breath.

2. Rehydration

All forms of dis-ease and all “highs” are different states of dehydration. Rehydrating is an absolutely essential component to restoring ease, reversing aging, and bringing balance and sensitivity back to the body.

3. Detoxification

Dehydration does NOT mean that you aren’t drinking enough water; it means that you have substances inside of you that are stealing water from you and/or compromising the flow of electricity through the body.

4.  Food-Density Reduction

In order to sustain a lifestyle of wholeistic ease, we must maximize energetic efficiency in the body. The less dense your food is, the more efficient it will be for the body to process. There are 9 levels of TCM Food-Density Reduction.

5.  Movement & Stillness

You need to learn to move in order to learn to be still. We train the body into different positions to allow you to be comfortable seated on the floor for extended periods of time. This pillar also focuses around athletic optimization and fluid biomechanics.

6. Avoidin’ Poison

We live in a society overloaded with toxic bullshit all around us. This pillar is centered around learning what to avoid and why to avoid it. Be prepared to throw out a LOT of things that you have around the house! Things like deodorant, shampoos, soaps, cleaning products, laundry detergents, candles, air fresheners, and other household items need to go!

7. Sexual Energy Refinement

Sexual energy is creative energy. We “reproduce” ourselves in all the we create. This pillar consists of energy practices including Tantric Sex and other practices to optimize your ability to refine your sexual energy.

8. Reflexology

Reflexology is the study of reflections. In this pillar we learn about how each part of the body is an interconnected reflection to the rest of the body, how the energy flows through the meridians, and how the outer reflects the inner.

9. Sovereignty 

The Caputo Method of Wholeistic Ease places a large emphasis on freedom and sovereignty. In this pillar you will learn how to free yourself in all aspects of your being. This includes food freedom & self-sustainability, financial freedom, legal & lawful freedom, and more.
