This is a 9-day breathwork and fasting program taught personally by ME over zoom call.You do not need to be experienced with breathwork, fasting, or a healthy lifestyle whatsoever in order to take this program, it’s for ALL LEVELS. That being said, you can still benefit from this program if you’ve been doing breathwork every day for years. The fasting is also optional, there is no pressure in the program.

The Caputo Method of Respiration: HOW TO BREATHE Level 1 Course

The first and most important of the five pillars of The Caputo Method of Wholeistic Ease, HOW TO BREATHE is a 9-week Breathwork Online Video Course that will teach you absolutely everything you need to know about breathwork to prepare you for the other 8 pillars as you pursue your personal journey to a life of ease! 

The whole course will consist of 9 levels, the first of which is avaiable now! A new level will be released each month until the entire course is available.

Each level consists of its own textbook with different topics of information, discussional videos on select topics from the textbooks, 2-3 new breathwork sessions with new video tutorials, written instruction and guided audio experiences for each session!

Nick, I cant thank you enough for all the help you have provided me over the last 67 days. When I started this journey I was 168 lbs, always tired and didn’t have much energy. When i first started I was very skeptical about the breathwork, but you taught me the correct way to breath and so many ways to relieve stress and anxiety that now the breathwork is something I look forward to each day. I felt a difference in the first few days on the program. This was not easy by any means however anytime I felt like throwing in the towel I just had to reflect back on all the positive changes that had happened. My cholesterol is now low that I no longer need medication for it and my anxiety is something I am able to overcome. I no longer need Lexapro after being on it for around 20 years. I also no longer have any Lyme Disease symptoms! I now weigh 146 lbs, have a ton of energy and never felt more alive! I am convinced that without this I would have been overcome with stress and eventually died at too early an age. The reason that I did this wasn’t even all for me. Yes I wanted to be healthy but most importantly I want to be around for my family and enjoy the days my daughters are married and have kids. I am 49 years old and my body didn’t recover as quickly from things however I have been taught the way and have overcome so many vices in my life that were just a way to escape reality. This might have been the most transformative thing I’ve ever done. I had some really intense spiritual, emotional, physical, sexual trauma that happened 8 years ago that I have literally traveled the earth and done everything to try and release it/break through with it.
